Mesa Business Machines (“Mesa”) began as Mesa Leasing in 1987 with David Johnson as the only employee, servicing the leasing needs for most of the copier/fax dealers in Wichita Falls, Texas, through a home-owned and operated leasing organization.

Mr. Johnson got his start in this industry in 1972 when he began running the Graphics and Reproduction Department of the Texas Highway Department. In 1979 he marketed Savin and Royal copiers in the Wichita Falls area for BMI, an Oklahoma-based dealership. After owning two additional dealerships in Wichita Falls, in 1992, Mr. Johnson, along with his mother, Jean, purchased the well-respected Sharp dealership, Martin Business Machines, in existence since 1980. This was the establishment of Mesa Business Machines. With the addition of his brother, Chris, in 2003, Mesa Business Machines truly became a family business with deep ties to the community. In 2015, Service Manager Justin Bitz became partners with Dave, and added Samsung and Oki Data lines. In 2018, we added Hewlett Packard Laser and Inkjet printer lines, giving clients even more choices in their document solution tools.

Mesa Business Machines’ dealership and leasing company was first operated from a location on Jacksboro Highway, then moved to 1304 Kell Blvd.,and is currently located at 1200 Austin,  Wichita Falls, Texas.

Mesa is authorized for HP, Samsung, OkiData & Sharp sales and service in the North Central Texas area for copiers, printers, faxes and scanners. Currently, more than 750 customers in the Wichita Falls trade area depend on Mesa for quality service. Mesa Business Machines provides factory trained sales and service technicians, as well as genuine  parts and supplies.
